Your date only happens once
Tell Mark where and when. If the date is free he holds it while you talk, and you usually hear back the same day with a straight answer and the real published price.
Booking questions
The fine print, in plain English
How far in advance should we book?
Summer and fall are the busiest wedding seasons in Idaho, and popular Treasure Valley Saturdays book six to twelve months out; corporate holiday dates go by early fall. If your date is sooner, ask anyway. Openings happen.
How do we officially reserve our date?
A 25 percent retainer, $500 minimum, and the signed Wedding Services Agreement lock your date exclusively. The balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Everything is in writing: scope, timeline and total. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
Do you hold dates?
Yes. Tell Mark the date and the venue, and if he is free he will hold it while you talk. The retainer makes it exclusive, and he will always tell you honestly if another couple is deciding on yours.
Can we meet before booking?
Please do. Every booking starts with a real conversation, by phone, video or in person around the Treasure Valley. It is for planning your day, not for finding out what it costs; the prices are published.
